Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram)
We use the Meta Pixel to measure website traffic and advertising effectiveness. The pixel may fire a Lead event when you engage meaningfully with our AI Concierge (e.g. ask about yacht availability or pricing). Resend (Email Delivery)
When a high-value inquiry is detected by our AI system (based on keywords such as dates, group size, or booking intent), an automated alert email is sent to our team via Resend. Supabase (Database & Storage)
Chat interactions with our AI Concierge are stored securely in Supabase (a GDPR-compliant EU cloud database) for quality assurance and lead management. Data is retained for a maximum of 12 months. Supabase's privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy.
