AI Chat Assistant
Our website offers a chat assistant powered by artificial intelligence (AI). In line with the EU Artificial Intelligence Act, we clearly inform you that chat replies are generated by an AI system, not a human.
Messages you send in the chat are processed by Google Gemini (Google Ireland Ltd.) to generate replies, and conversations are stored securely for quality assurance and to follow up on your inquiry.
If you leave contact details (email or phone) in the chat, we use them solely to respond to your inquiry.
Please do not share sensitive personal data (health information, ID numbers, payment card details) in the chat.
Third-Party Data Processors
Google Gemini (AI Chat Processing)
Messages you send to our AI chat assistant are processed by Google's Gemini API (Google Ireland Ltd.) to generate replies. Google processes this data as our processor; conversations are not used to identify you unless you voluntarily share contact details. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Resend (Email Delivery)
When a high-value inquiry is detected by our AI system (based on keywords such as dates, group size, or booking intent), an automated alert email is sent to our team via Resend. Supabase (Database & Storage)
Chat interactions with our AI Concierge are stored securely in Supabase (a GDPR-compliant EU cloud database) for quality assurance and lead management. Data is retained for a maximum of 12 months. Supabase's privacy policy: supabase.com/privacy.
